Claimed to have done the work but come to find out nothing was done, but I was still charged. Will never hire them again.

I hired this company. Gave a deposit after they came and inspected the property for the work. The gentleman that came assured me that they had all the equipment to do the work including the safety gear to climb on the roof. (they were to put a chimney cap on). When they got here to do the work, they called me and cancelled the job... because my roof was too old for them to get on. I think it was the steepness that scared them as my roof was just redone five years ago. Very disappointing as now my project is delayed.

This guy is a little bit airy. he gave him a call this morning as if he didnt even know me. and then he hung up. i tried to ask him about questions i had but he disconnected call

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing their fireplace and chimney cleaned. I was very surprised with his thorough inspection of our fireplace and the recommendation he made to seal the cracks in the fireplace. Once he completed the job, everything was amazing; and there was no dirt or ash left behind. He was awesome

Expected more from the the chimney sweep.

My son bought his first home and we didnâ t know where to turn too for his chimney to be repaired. The inside had cracks and the chimney had two cracks on the outside that needed to be sealed as well as a chimney sweep. Alex was awesome. He came in inspected the chimney and was honest with us. He said he was able to seal the cracks, repaint the inside, and do the chimney sweep. We could of replaced the tiles but there was no need and they guarantee the service performed for 7 years. Thank you Alex we look forward to seeing you next year to keep our chimney clean. Looking forward to our first fire in the fireplace for Christmas. Happy holidays to you all :)

The technician was very polite and clean. Very knowledgeable and explain everything to us.

I believe that I was overcharged for services based on the original quote and what was done, and the tech left something unfinished, but he did come back and try to make things right and apologized and said to let him know if I have anymore problems.

Sent a 3rd party contractor who charged good money but did not do a clean job. Spent minimum time, did not clean up afterwards, had to vacuum my place all around fireplace because of black dust. Did not do a neat job of even sealing the fireplace in an aesthetic way, has his finger marks everywhere on the sealant.

The inspector could not or would not go on top of my roof to inspect the chimney cap because the height and pitch of the roof was too steep. Next time the inspector should bring the necessary equipment to complete the inspection. We feel we only got 50% of what we paid for by the inspection. We are still not confident the chimney is 100% safe.

The services that person provided was a chimney sweep and repaired small cracks in fireplace...I tried to contact Alex to refer him to other potential customers he became sarcastic...didn t quiet understand why...he has missed out on a lot of money because the person that will run my gas line wanted to connect with him to refer his customers to him for chimney sweeps, chimney and fireplace repairs.

Alex handled the inspection of my fireplaces and chimney. Both fireplaces were cleaned satisfactorily. He cleaned the chimney as well (though I could not see the inside, of course). I believe that the chimney was cleaned because there was black soot left on my newly cleaned carpet. I cannot get the black spots out. The cleaning of one of the fireplaces actually helped repair it because it was not initially working. or what I hired this company, it did a good job. There was some scheduling issues and the carpet issue that left me not completely satisfied. Also, I did not share the opinion that one of my fireplaces needed to be re-grouted for an l $300. I looked up photos of other fireplaces like mine and it appears completely fine. All in all, I feel like a paid a reasonable price for reasonable work. I am really unhappy about my carpet though.
