Roof Cleaning Service
EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. He asked to do all the maintenance on my 19 acre property consisting of mowing, weeding, weed eating, power washing, etc. He showed up a few times although he was suppose to work 2 days a wk. He was in the midst of cleaning gutters/downspouts and did not finish. A gutter was burstingand he promised to take care of it the next day. No show, no text, no call, etc. With the solid rain for a month he was suppose to mow several acres of grass which is critical or the weeds get out of hand as well as difficulty on my mower when it is too thick and tall. HE JUST DID A COMPLETE NO SHOW and left me in the midst of desperate mowing needed, gutter/downspout cleaning, etc. This was all in the midst of the effects of a tropical storm ELSA. He is not mature or courteous enough to run a business, He is extremely unreliable and obviously does not care about anyone. When he pulled a NO SHOW I called and ttexted. He did not have the decency to respond. I could have and would have hired someone else however he pretty much begged me to be the maintenance guy on my property. I would rate him a zero if this site allowed me too. Best advice regarding him is to STAY AWAY!

He was unprepared for the metal roof, the wrong chemical mix, his words, borrowed my ladder, he was not happy with the result, promised to come back, to get it right... Partially paid him, trying to be **fair** Would give the rest due on completion, never returned I have to find and pay for another service. HOMEADVISOR never returned or acknowledged the problem!

"Well, Brad, I apologize for you feeling that way. And I am sure you misunderstood the conversation we had that day. I told you we cleaned your roof with a 2.5% mix we need to do it again with a 6% mix and we set that date to be this Thursday which is tomorrow not today so I do not how we did not come back when it is not our day to come back yet. And we would have finished it Thursday for you and had it cleaned. And we were not unprepared **YOU** told us to use your ladder so you would feel comfortable so we did. But hey Brad like I said I am sorry you feel that way. Wish you would have understood the conversation a little better. Have a nice day!"

I met with Shawn and his wife. I was very impressed of their knowledge of the chemicals to be used. I sensed honesty and pride in their work. I did hire them They came to my house in Ocala on time. My driveway is painted with a beautiful painted design. The driveway had oil, tire tracks and wear and tear on it. Shawn and his wife did an incredible scrubbing by hand held scrubbers to remove the above WITHOUT REMOVING ANY OF THE EXPENSIVE PAINT. He told me he could do it, and indeed he did. He also washed my solar panels which look 100% cleaner (I expect my electric bill to drop with the cleaner panels!) I would strongly encourage you to consider Shawn - he actually cares about you and doing an excellent job.
