YQ Fence

Yq fence went above and beyond my expectations! Lisandra was extremely helpful & kind. Got my new fence for a great deal and iâ m in love. They were able to get it done asap. fast & friendly.

In September 2022, I hired YQ to install a fence around a pool requiring a permit for $6,115 in 2022. YQ assured me they had handled work like this previously and even considered two pre-existing iron gates that needed to pass inspection for the City of Orlando. The project began with a delay due to YQ lacking business documentation (missing surety bond). After the first inspections the gates didnâ t pass though I paid $900 for the modifications (lowering and remounting them on brick columns). YQ stated that adjustments would be an additional cost and they failed to provide a quote for over a month. I contracted and spent over $350 to ensure the gates were compliant. My pool permit was approved and closed, yet YQ didn't schedule a final inspection for their permit. YQ was notified their permit expiring and they needed to extend it to request a final inspection. Despite having no proof or documentation they claimed their records show it was closed. I tried on their behalf get the City of Orlando to approve their final inspection based upon the pool permit passing but each permit is required to be closed out individually. Now they wanted me to pay another $100 to cover the cost of them doing business in Orlando â I already paid them and the mistakes they made in closing out the permit should be covered by them. Truly an unprofessional and unacceptable!

The owner and his crew were professional and prices were reasonable!! I would definitely recommend them for the work they do.They did all the work in a day and it was done right no corners cut at all.We love our fence!!!! Thanks YQ

Everything was great at first but they did not follow through on their promise right away. It took a little prodding, but they fulfilled everything they promised to me.

Very competitive on price, very good US made product, completed fencing in one day, personnel were friendly and professional. I will recommend them to others.

efficient, knowledgeable and polite workers. More than pleased with professionalism from the representative to the workers. Will definitely recommend to others.

The representative was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The work was done well and timely. I am well pleased with the quality and professionalism of this company.

Starting with the quote with great customer service, very proper and profesional, work hand on hand with us as a customer by keeping us posted on the process of permit and best of all... fast installation they cleaned all the areas once they finished. Over all very good experience

Outstanding responsiveness, professional staff, quality craftsmanship and materials, timely installation. Very satisfied customers. Excellent Job by Liz and Joe !

Great communication, very knowledgeable. Easy to work with. Would definitely use YQ Fence again.

Only one man came but he was competent. Did not speak English, but we did fine. Small project took two days due to inclement weather.

Price of the my project was comparable to the other companies that provided me an estimate. Provided me with an update on permit and date when my fence can be finished. They arrived on all scheduled appointment on time. I am Very satisfied with the outcome.

This company was satisfying. I will recommend them anytime. Thanks for a job well done. Mr. and Mrs. Willie Bateman

They were friendly, professional and did beautiful work. They completed everything fast and efficiently

No games played with YQ Fence. They arrive when they say they will, and install your fence according to the plan you agreed to. No money collected up front/no deposit given prior to completion. The owner himself does a final inspection and walkthrough with you before payment is settled. Companies like this don’t exist anymore, but I am very happy to have found YQ for my 300 ft white pvc privacy fence install. My only gripe is that the rear side fence is not completely level, but that’s because my foundation/grading wasn’t completely level, and should have made sure it was prior to the install. No sag/surprises so far since completion.

They are not very transparent. The initial quote was different but the final price after the work is done is different. When the HOA changes rules, the contractor is supposed to confirm the foot changes before starting work. They started work and finally charged me more.

Very responsive, was able to complete a complex project in one day. Very impressive.

The team of workers that were deployed to my house were excellent, courteous, professional and worked extremely hard. With a minor length issue was overcome with negotiation with the owner and additional materials were ordered. The after service support has also been great! The fence has been in for two days, it looks great and the gate works correctly, what a boone. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for fence work!

arrived when expected and did an excellent job on my requests. would use again.

They did a great job! Very professional and helpful!

The fence was built quickly but due to the tree roots it was very wobbly. I asked to do something about it but no response so far.

YQ Fence did a great job with my fence repair. Joe was polite, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He even addressed a concern that was not caused by his company's excellent workmanship. I would definitely hire again.

Arrived late, guys worked hard when they got here and made up the lost time. They were polite and accommodating. They finished on time.

I cant say enough good things about him, he knew his stuff and did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable and professional and made sure he explained the entire process for me.
