Mike reached out to me right away and came out to give a quote within hours. He was willing to get started right away, but gave us time to interview several other companies without feeling pressured. When I called him back to let him know we were going with AWG, he scheduled us right away. The team was on time, got the work done quickly and efficiently, and left the site clean. Would use AWG again.

Mike's a problem solver. He came out to see my 2nd-floor flat roof and rotting deck safety railing and quoted me cheaper on the roof than 3 others but more on the lowest of 3 railing quotes -- but the other guys either wouldn't pull a permit or put the bid in writing, and some disappeared on my completely or took days to follow up. Not Mike; he stayed on it, and we were in regular contact. For example, as Mike shopped for the railing system, he called with questions and offered advice on the best way to complete the project based on what product he found. 10+ guys showed up to do the one-day job. There was slightly more work required than we initially anticipated, but that's expected. I also upgraded to add solar lighting to the deck posts. I'm satisfied and knew I would pay more than we first thought. I spent about 20% more accordingly.

AWG has a very knowledgeable group starting with their sales and estimate team, an attentive quality control specialist who checks in during installs to ensure AWG is meeting or exceeds industry standards, holding the installers to a higher standard than most other competitors. AWG was very streamlined, efficient and provided a worry free job, (very well done clean-up) as well. Would definitely use AWG again!

The sales team was very friendly showed up promptly and did not try to oversell me. The installation crew did a great job installing my seemless gutters. And when they finished the clean up the area looked better than it had before they started. I will recommend them to anyone in need if gutters.
