AWG Roofing

I was originally quoted a price for a shingle and chimney cap. Once they started the project it doubled and couldn?t install a chimney cap.

They got here right at the appointment time, used quality materials, worked nonstop until the job was done, and constantly updated me on everything. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable and responsive. The finished product is very clean and polished.

Our roof was damaged in the storm. After looking on Angie we were quickly contacted by a number of companies, AWG was the most professional, they were fast and their fee was fair. EDITED: 2 months later one of the chimney caps was blown off the roof, yes it was windy but NOT stormy and there had been stronger winds since the installation, this makes me question if the chimney cap was properly installed. According to them to replace it will take TWO men, and a brand new chimney cap for nearly half the cost of the total original repair. I was able to reshape with chimney cap and do believe it can be reused. But the condo owners all question whether or not it was properly installed. I will not try to slam the company but I do question the quality of the installation.

Called Mike and his team out for an estimate. Came out same day. They sent me pics of the damage and gave me a reasonable quote to fix. We agreed on terms and he was out the next morning to fix the damage and send me pics of the completed job. Easy to work with and would definitely recommend.

Great service, professional look. I did not expect the roof to look so nice and have such great curb appeal.

Work done at fair price

Mike reached out to me right away and came out to give a quote within hours. He was willing to get started right away, but gave us time to interview several other companies without feeling pressured. When I called him back to let him know we were going with AWG, he scheduled us right away. The team was on time, got the work done quickly and efficiently, and left the site clean. Would use AWG again.

Mike's a problem solver. He came out to see my 2nd-floor flat roof and rotting deck safety railing and quoted me cheaper on the roof than 3 others but more on the lowest of 3 railing quotes -- but the other guys either wouldn't pull a permit or put the bid in writing, and some disappeared on my completely or took days to follow up. Not Mike; he stayed on it, and we were in regular contact. For example, as Mike shopped for the railing system, he called with questions and offered advice on the best way to complete the project based on what product he found. 10+ guys showed up to do the one-day job. There was slightly more work required than we initially anticipated, but that's expected. I also upgraded to add solar lighting to the deck posts. I'm satisfied and knew I would pay more than we first thought. I spent about 20% more accordingly.

Excellent company, would hire again.
