We had fixed a leak in our tiled bath/shower and needed to do some repairs. Vasko did an amazing job. He was professional, detail-oriented, and efficient. The repair was so well done it looks like the tiles were never missing. The quality of the work was high and the pricing was reasonable. In 2025, I hired Vasko from YV Elite Construction to take on a major remodel of my home, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The project included whole-house interior painting, installation of new laminate flooring, and a partial kitchen remodel with new appliances, a beautiful quartz countertop, and a modern backsplash. The downstairs bathroom was completely transformed with new tile floors, tiled shower walls, and a sleek glass shower door. Vasko also removed the popcorn ceilings throughout the house, giving the entire space a clean, updated look. The quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were exceptional, and the project was handled smoothly and efficiently. I was so pleased with the results that I have hired Vasko again for 2026 to remodel our second bathroom, with work starting next month. I hired YV Elite Construction when I had to remodel my townhouse in Walnut Creek. Vasko and his team did a great job. He did install the kitchen cabinets for me, new quartz countertops, new flooring, lights, appliances and new paint throughout. He si change the water heater and did maintenance for the heater and AC and they are still running great even that I was previously advised to replace. He also did the downstairs bathroom for me. We put new tiles on wall and floor, new glass door and installed a window for better ventilation. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who wants good quality work, affordable and reliable.

I had a great experience with Vasko and YV Elite Construction. He did the floor and vanity at my bathroom, the kitchen and replaced the carpet in the two bedrooms. It was fast and I was able to out my unit for rent and get someone in within a few weeks.
