"I am sorry you were displeased with the services. I didn't have a chance to follow up after the cleaning was done. We always make it a point that our customer is happy. We could of easily returned to remedy any issues you had regarding missed item, by returning to home and addressing issues.Although washing dishes is not on our to do duties, I understand that they were done anyway, although a crock pot was overlooked. Also I request that animals be stowed during our visit to avoid issues, the dog was in room barking and growling so I asked employee to refrain from room because of potential harm from it. I again apologize for your experience"
