Do not hire Marshall Travis. I called another chimney service to see what the job intel due to being new to this service. This guy comes in and did not complete the job said that he got his flashlight stolen so he was not able to check fully. Then says I need a liner and he can sell to me for $650. I am not even sure he went on the roof to clean because I saw him set up a ladder then with the video he was done in just a few minutes which as odd. Did not produce an invoice but said he would send me a detailed report by email; I still have not received it. I paid in full at time of service and I feel like I paid for him only to clean my fireplace out which I could of done myself. So now we have to see about getting another person out here to check everything for us. I called again about the inspection report for any findings that he was suppose to send the day of service and he said the soonest will be friday and so I called on Friday and no answer.
