I was impressed by the response time from request to appraisal. I did have to request a copy of my final appraisal but I will give the benefit due to a holiday between request and actually receiving a complete copy. Service was good and result was what I expected. Turn around time was minimal compared to other requests and price was cheaper.

Yanco appraisal was late to the appointment and he called yelling at us (the customer) that is a NO NO you never disagree with the customer no matter the issue. After that the presentation was good.

"Appraisal was completed a bit later than anticipated due to the complexity of the homes materials used. When due date was initially given the higher quality materials of this home was not known. Instead of rushing to just finish the report we wanted to spend an extra couple days to insure a maximum value. A rating of 1 star service is very disappointing to us."
