Richard and his crew did extensive water damage repair in our chimney and around the window facing the deck. The damage was much worse than we thought, but was repaired professionally and permanently. We also had them completely redo our deck with new railings, floors and stairs. They also dried in underneath the deck for dry storage. I highly recommend Y&D Painting and will certainly use them again. Their prices are fair and they work hard to make sure the customer is satisfied.

Our realtor recommended Y&D painting for interior painting when we moved to Suwanee. We received several quotes and I knew when I met Richard he was going to get our job. Richard arrived on time and was very professional as we walked room to room. He took copious notes and would explain to me areas that needed patching. I could tell Richard takes pride in his work and business. The crew arrived on time, introduced themselves, and began working. They prepped the workspace everyday and would leave no equipment in the house. I was excited to come home to see what they worked on that day. Richard has great communication, is efficient, but not rushed, and cares that his client is happy with the end product. We are very happy with the work, level of professionalism, and trust which is difficult to find these days. We have plans for more work with Y&D Painting. Richard and his team did an amazing job painting the interior of my house and all the cabinets-- inside and out. His attention to detail was evident throughout the house and he took the time to make sure every surface and cabinet was prepped and painted with the coats it needed to look great. He also performed work such as painting additional doors without additional charges. My house is ready to sell now because of his great work. I can't recommend him highly enough-- you won't be disappointed.

Richard painted the entire inside of our 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath house we were preparing to sell. Richard is very reasonably priced, thorough and promptly responds to text messages. While his crew was painting, I added several other projects, such as replacing some siding and some pressure washing, as well as staining the deck, and he gave a very reasonable price for each.

We could not be more pleased with Richard and his team! From the very beginning, Richard was quick to respond to my inquiry and came out the next day (on time, I might add!) to give me a quote. He gave great recommendations and advice, and he was friendly and respectful. His quote beat 3 others. Each day of the job, he and his team showed up on time and ready to work! Every member of his team was friendly and respectful, both of us and of our home and belongings. They worked HARD and got the project done much sooner than quoted, and yet the quality was top-notch! Richard made sure we were pleased the whole time. They moved furniture away from the walls for us and then moved it back at the end of the day. Richard ensured that we were satisfied with the project (painting three rooms including one with a trey ceiling and one with a pitched ceiling). The work ran a little longer than estimated but did not exceed the budget. I have another painting project that I plan to do with Richard.

Richard and Gustavo are very service oriented. They cleaned up well after the job was completed. They also replaced trim and siding as needed. Excellent job overall.

This is the second time I've used Y&D Painting and it definitely won't be the last. Richard and his crew took great care to protect our home while doing an excellent job painting our kitchen cabinets, walls, ceiling and trim. They cleaned up everything before they left, and oh, did I mention the price? Super reasonable! I would absolutely recommend them for any interior or exterior work.
