Project was a time and materials interior wall replacement due to structural damage caused by termites. Very knowledgeable concerning all aspect of carpentry,drywall and painting work. Crew is friendly and take the time to explain what they are doing and alert you to any changes to the project so you are never taken by surprise. Provided a break down of project cost and explained the invoice. Highly recommend them.

We had Yankee finish off our walkup attic space, a large 900+ sq foot third floor area. We did some work ourselves, some with third parties and integrating that into the schedule with Yankee couldn't have been easier. We made alterations and redefined several aspects to the job "on-the-fly". Dave was very accommodating and clear about the impact of each topic discussed. We are in the final touch-up punch list phase and are overjoyed with the final product. We have future plans for other jobs and we don't plan on going any where else for the work.

All of the crew has been professional, personable and courteous. They take customer service seriously; communication has been excellent. Their workmanship and attention to detail is excellent. I am sure we will hire them again for upcoming projects.

We had two projects with Yankee Construction, one was to turn two small rooms into one large bedroom with a closet which was a great addition our 1930's home. The second was to add a garage and master bath to the remodeled bedroom. Ted was great by giving direction to the designs and what could work in our space and with the house itself, many of the details we hadn't even thought of before. He brought reality to our ideas and kept us on track by describing why certain items would work and why some wouldn't. He even worked with us to review and update the architect's plans. We get compliments about the new construction from people who have lived in the area for a long time, our house is in a high traffic area and people definitely notice the work. What we ended up with was not our original plan but it turned into an even better design we love to show off.
