Hello. I'm Ren Arietti, founder of Yankee Exteriors. We approach every job as though we're doing it for our own home. We have two rules. Rule #1 - The customer is always right. Rule #2 - Never ever forget Rule #1!

I hired and paid a down payment to Ren in November 2002 and after several attempts to schedule and reschedule the work to be done, he apologized and told me that he couldn't do it. He said that he was extremely behind and there were a lot of people waiting for work they hired him to do. I filed a complaint with consumer protection, and now I am trying to recover my down payment of $2300. I've been patiently waiting, but called today (7-23-03), and his phone numbers have been disconnected. I am extremely disappointed because from all of his other reviews, the quality of his work seems to be very good.

Really did a superb job. Workmanship was impeccable. Would recommend to others in a heartbeat. Yankee Exteriors really took the time to explain all aspects of my project and answered all of my questions. Rarely do I give testimonials to contractors but they really did a great job. They took a house that hadn't been touched in 30 yrs. and made it look like a brand new home at a fair price. One "at a boy" to Yankee Exteriors and all of your crew.

The sales man was a great professional, listened to what I needed, did not up sell me anything, and was able to work with in my budget. Workmanship was high quality, and a great job was done. Only problem was the time it took between ordering of products and job was started. Owner was very apologetic for the delays. Overall was very good.

Roof looks beautiful. The only negative was that a lot of nails and old roof scraps were left in the driveway, particularly around the dumpster which was removed after they had left.

The work and craftsmanship were excellent but work went far over estimated time and cleanup was not done in a timely manner. Calls were not returned for several days.
