Too expensive! 3 windows a gutter and some thank you cookies for 6k.

Exceeded my expectations as the installers took great pains to see that I was aware of the placement of fixtures and grab bars. The supervisors were also great in that they scheduled their inspections according to my schedule.

They are very expensive and it too all off 5 months to get the installation completed. They ordered the wrong size and had to come back and measure. They also did not clean up the property

I really enjoyed my experience with Yankee Home Improvement. They were professional, kind and quick. The initial meeting is the only thing I would critique. We were told it would be no longer than an hour and it ended up being close to 3 hours. The gentleman who came out to talk to us was great and very knowledgeable but there is a ton of information he was required to go through with us. They are also trying to make a sale on the spot so they offer discounts that will expire if you don't make the purchase before they leave your home. I would suggest that potential customers do their research in regards to pricing etc beforehand. Other than that the experience was very positive, they give a great warranty and stand behind their product and service 100%. The gentlemen who installed the windows were quick, careful and tidy. I would definitely recommend Yankee to family and friends.

You have to REQUEST for them to contact you prior to arrival at your home. Sales was great. Install was great. Product is so far so good. Customer service was lack luster.

The workmanship was quick, careful, & highly professional. However, communication issues arose prior to the final installation which troubled us. We found a message on our phone message mid-day prior to the scheduled installation from someone who identified himself as the installer that they wanted to come earlier than scheduled, but the number for call-back was unintelligible, I called Yankee & left a message that they should tell the installers to come any time that day but a later call from"the installer" told us that they couldn't do the work that day as scheduled because of an urgent family illness. When we called Yankee again, the Installation Manager offered to reschedule for the following week (not workable for us) or, though they normally don't do Saturday jobs, they would do so, & reiterated that an urgent personal issue was the reason for the delay. Though extremely inconvenient for us, we accepted that as the better alternative. The installers arrived on time on Saturday morning, worked with impressive efficiency, and were extremely polite & friendly. What surprised us was that they said that they could have completed the work as scheduled the day before & knew nothing about the phone calls we had received. These evident communication issues troubled us, but not the quality of the work. Time will tell whether the windows are as great as they appear & continue to function effectively over the long haul. Another strong positive: because of the inconvenience, they provided us with a $100 gift certificate to our favorite local restaurant. Overall, they provided excellent service & what appears to be an excellent product. However, their sales pitch stressed service & communication &, while better than some, lapses in quick availability of customer service & inconsistencies in communications led us to rate them extremely highly but less than perfect. We'd certainly strongly consider using them again for a different job but they didn't live up to the extra-high level of prompt, individual, personal service stressed in our initial meeting with their sales representative.

Windows will take a few weeks to manufacture since they are being made for specific sizing. The windows are triple pane windows with argon gas in between each pane. We replaced 70-year-old windows, which were starting to rot. So glad that we replaced them. The windows are bit pricier than what you find in Home Depot, but quality is better.

They did not do anything they stated they would do.

It took a bit of time to get scheduled and then the rain postponed the installation of the patio sliders...end result: they look great. The team installing was polite and went right to work.

Sales rep said they would take care not to damage our gardens which we take pride in. One reason we went with this company over others. They trampled over my gardens destroying mature plantings and did not care. Very unprofessional and "lost" our deposit check. Should have known that. Do not use this company. Once they get your check they no longer care.
