The cost was fair, no added increases once started, which is rare these days. He was on time, Job done exactly as I asked. The stairs are beautiful,well done, sturdy. I feel he went above and beyond. No mess was left behind. I highly recommend yankee pride handyman. And will use again when a new project comes up.

I am sad to say that only one problem was resolved. He was supposed to call back with answers and never did.
