This company is dishonest. I will never hire them again. I called Garfield Carpet & Rug Cleaner and was quoted a price for my elderly parents? one bedroom apartment. On the day of the scheduled service, two guys showed up and demanded almost quadruple of quoted price. After discussion, they came down to a price that still more than doubled the quote. We decided to let them proceed with the work because we removed the heavy furniture prior to their arrival, and did not want to do the preparation in vain. We requested a receipt and it turned out to show Yara Home Service. It is unclear the relationship between Garfield Carpet Cleaner and Yara Home Service. As to the quality of the work, I give a thumb down. They claimed that they use three types of detergents. But the carpet did not look clean at all. Obviously they used such a small amount of detergents that the carpet was not effectively cleaned.

After they had already completed a service for me, I called this company again because they were simply professional, friendly, offered a very fair price, and provided the same excellent service I received the first time. I highly recommend them

This guy came to my house and wasn't able to provide a straight answer, couldn't provide any information about his business location, or any information about it.

I had a very good experience. David came to my house and did an inspection, and he found the problem very quickly. He fixed it, gave me a warranty and a good price, and he called me a few days later to check if everything was okay. I will definitely use them again!
