I hired Moores Lawn on several occasions because our lawnmower was in the shop. The first time he came out I asked him to cut, weed, and edge (driveways) my yard. He did the job and left before I could check things out. He totally did not weed by my privacy fence and then when asked about it he said no that he did not do it but he did do another area behind my pool that needed it. On the second time of coming out, he cut my lawn when it was wet and left trails of grass in my yard. He told my husband that he went over it twice and that he did all he could do. Well, everyone knows YOU DO NOT CUT GRASS WHEN IT IS WET BECAUSE IT WILL LEAVE TRAILS OF GRASS!! We accepted it this time, but my husband explicitly told him next time come in the afternoon. So, the third time he came to cut my grass he said he was on his way at 10 am. Once again, I told him our grass was still wet and we prefer that he come later in the afternoon. Later on, I did not hear from him, so I texted him. He texted me back and said that he had to run into town and that it would be a special trip if he came back my way (which means he would probably charge me more). I said I did not want him making any special trips. We did not hear from him anymore at this point. I tried calling to talk to him and all I got was his voicemail that was full and not receiving any messages. My beef with him is if you cannot do the job just say I cannot do it! There is a lot of other people I can call to cut my grass!

Mr.Moore is doing excellent job. Pays attention to every detail.Would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Angi
