During the worst snow storm in the city Chris was dealing with a number of clients, however he was diligent in keeping in touch with me and updating me on when he would be able to help me. At the last minute I needed ice removed from my businesses parking lot and he did not hesitate to add the 2 locations to his work load! He was very professional, reasonably priced, and did a fantastic job! I will continue to use his services for my residence and business location!

Remove and Replace Sod and Upgrade Sprinkler Heads Highly recommended I have been in the construction industry for over 40 years. During that time I have worked with hundreds of subcontractors. When I first contacted Yard Exotics and met with Chris Eimer, I knew immediately that this was someone that I could and wanted to work with on my project, which included the removal and installation of sod and sprinkler head upgrades. Chris was very prompt in showing up at the house, discussing the work and providing me with a written estimate and schedule. Several times before he was scheduled to start, I made some revisions to the original scope. His response was always timely. I have had some experience with the sod in the area that has fallen short of my expectations (which are very high). He found what I think is the best Bluegrass sod around and he and his crew did an excellent job on the installation. I had him add on some hedge trimming which was accomplished during the lawn project. Since the installation, I have had some sprinklers that needed to be adjusted and Chris' follow up on the issue has been great. I could not be more satisfied. I plan to use Chris on future work, potentially including front yard xeriscape design and installation and some yard maintenance. I highly recommend Yard Exotics to anyone interested in working with a professional that provides both great initial service as well as timely follow up on any project concerns that arise after the initial work has been completed.

Chris was so professional. Other landscaping companies would not even call me back or required a huge minimum dollar amount of work. He answered promptly and set up a visit right away. He came on time or early for everything. He offered good suggestions on designs and colors; he was knowledgeable about drought tolerant plants. His crews were polite and efficient. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future.
