The work putting in retaining walls around 3 gardens was mostly acceptable but there were several loose bricks noted after work was completed. I give a low rating to this business because it was difficult to contact & Chuck (he stated that he doesn't check his emails often, and he required multiple phone messages), and he NEVER returned to address the loose bricks, though he promised he would.
