Troy, Victor and Sue are a great team. My wife and I are so impressed with their speed, attention to detail and passion for providing the best landscaping solution within our budget. I asked my friends and family for Landscaping company recommendations and I tried calling a few of them without any luck so I went to Home Advisor to see how that worked. I selected a couple of company's for bids and Yards Apart got my business because of Troy. I would totally recommend this company to anyone looking for a great yard solution at a fair price.

Troy and Sue were a true joy to work with from beginning to end. Our backyard turned from a mud pit into a lovely oasis that is one-of-kind. Troy was receptive to our ideas and helped make sure the yard was something we could maintain long term. He has helped make sure we could keep all of the plants and the grass alive - and the pathway, patio and custom planter he designed and put in are truly breathtaking. The crew was respectful and expedient, the project stayed on schedule and on budget and Sue was on top of communication thru it all! It was so simple! Can definitely recommend and plan on using them again!

Troy was really great! As a new homeowner, I have no idea what to do with a yard. All I wanted was a few trees to dress up my backyard, and Troy and his team knocked out the project real quick. He was nice enough to just chat about future projects and I’m super excited to have an even better looking yard in the future.

Troy and his helper did a great job with my backyard. The hardscape they did looks like it will last forever and is beautiful. They kept everything as neat as possible during the work process, especially considering the many days of rain we had during the process. They even worked around my great dane. They were responsive to my questions and small changes I requested. I would hire him again in a heart beat and probably will.

We loved working with Troy. We had no landscaping to speak of when he started, so he had a blank space to work with. Troy did an excellent job of listening to what we, the homeowners, wanted, while also offering his expertise. We ended up with a yard we get compliments on all the time! The landscaping and lighting are beautiful, and low maintenance. Troy is a genuinely nice guy, and really cares about his customers and making them happy. We have some crazy deer here that eat things that others don't, and he replaced those with no questions asked. He is creative with his solutions, and was patient with us changing our minds multiple times. Your yard will thank you for using Yards Apart!

The owner is a compulsive liar. Even though this company's bid was substantial less than their competitors, I was completely ripped off. I would sue if I believed that the owner had a his name.

"Sadly, Mr. Barlow came to us in a complete panic, in need of meeting a very short & immediate deadline, because he waited until the very last minute to do an extreme landscape makeover, which is our sweet spot. Still, we came out & bidded on his project & won, willing to serve him, and worked quickly to do a bang up job in a very short amount of time. This client STILL owes us money and MUST criticize the transformation we performed, that his neighbors raved about, in order to keep from paying us his final balance. We ordered Custom Landscape Lighting, for which he hasn't paid a dime. Although it's difficult to admit, because we aim to exceed all our customers' expectations, some clients are just impossible to please. We have made numerous attempts to contact this customer to no avail. However TWO of his neighbors have had us back out to provide landscape service for them, based upon the job that we did for this customer. We are sorry to this customer feels this way, as we strive to provide all of our customers with excellent, honest and fast service."
