I think they are more focused on Commercial Services versus homeowners. They are slow in understanding what we needed to be done. Appointment was made for 10am. At 10:17 I called them asking if someone is coming at all. They told me they made a mistake in scheduling and they'll send one tech soon. At 10:45 tech came, took pictures of the projects and left after I explained everything about the project. What did he come in for? In the afternoon I got a vm (as I was on a conf call) asking for "another chance" and "making right by sending Julie's husband in". OK. I gave another chance. At 2:30 Herb came in. I explained project AGAIN for the 4th time!!! That is after one written explanation in HomeAdvisor, verbal over the phone with Julie and in person at 10:45am. It was quite clear to me that they don't specialize in doors and sink faucet repairs after he broke off handle in kids bathroom sink. He kept pushing on the faucet nub with his hands trying to open. He claimed he didn't apply "too much pressure"! When asking if he could glue the broken handle to the bottom part so kids can use cold water, he asked if my husband could pick it up while he's in the store! Really?! At the end, he had a nerve to ask me for $100 for his services! What services?! I'm very upset about the service (actually NO service) I received and will not be using HomeAdvisor again. At the end, my husband was forced to replace the entire sink faucet as Herb made it not usable. Thanks for wasting my time and $$!!!
