The work was subpar and ultimately we were forced to redo all of the work they did and replace the attic insulation due to no ventilation being set up during and after renovation. Not only did the bathtub leak, we have to pay to remove all the insulation in our attic due to no ventilation. The floors were not level and the paint job was terrible. It looked like a YouTube DIY. The project manager was never onsite and the his workmen were unable to communicate due to language issues. This was a nightmare experience. By the time they conscripted me into a video review I just wanted them to leave because they had actually damaged my home. The light fell out of the ceiling, the ventilation fan (turned out to be connected to nothing and broke), and towel rack pulled out of the wall. This was the WORST experience ever. We have had our bathroom redone and all the issues fixed. By the way they will tell you that inspectors are not required (but guess what? Good builders will insist) Run away!

Started as an easy countertop replace and ended as. 100k mold remediation and full repipe. Charged 20k for a 5k mold remediation job and then lied saying we needed a full houses repipe at 30k. They will lie and find any reason to change order and up the price for as much as you are worth. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM They have several complaints filed against them in Washington State. Overcharging and even had to pay a fine for unlicensed plumbing work. RED FLAG

The project was originally quoted at 22,00 for a countertop replacement. After finding a small amount of mold behind the sink that was only on the drywall, the project was then quoted for 70,000 total to replace the countertops and the drywall including installing the countertops. Without having an expert come in they removed the mold and drywall and claimed that mold covering less than 6 sq feet on drywall would cost 20,000. We asked them to halt work and are looking for recourse so we can avoid being taken advantage of by these theives.

Alfredo and the way he managed this job was outstanding indeed. Iâ m glad for him and all the hard work he did. Also Jorge itâ s an amazing worker of the company Ybarra they should keep this gentleman for ever.

Great end finish project, required an extra day because of some redo required on the finishing touches (edging on paint and shingles) but came promptly over and corrected.

The new shower looks good, however a lot of cleanup required afterwards. My bedroom was completely covered by the work. Mario was great to work with, especially to understanding what I was asking for. Leo and Ari were very friendly salesmen. Be detailed in your requests for service.

Ariel was our project manager. They were great finding, managing and ensuring timely completion of our project. We also replaced and insulated copper pipes and Luis Jol9n fixed the outlet for our garbage disposal. Great team and amazing customer service. Their communication was great. Robert promises great communication and being there for you every step of the way. That was a lie. The project (painting the kitchen cabinets and installing 24 pullout drawers) was supposed to take 1-2 weeks. Over a month later they said they could not finish the job, 8 drawers were left undelivered/not installed. Stay away from this company
