Ybarra Professional Builders

I genuinely recommend Ybarra Professional Builders for their track of time, quality of servcie, punctuality and the level of professionalism. We had appointed several other bulders nearby our town however, never we were satisfied with the sidings and looks we had for our home as an outcome. Now i could say that they (Ybarra Professional Builders) did a tremondous job in order to make it look very great and smooth.

we were not on the same page, not even with the estimates.

Ybarra completely damaged our hardwood floors, used our Dyson vacuum to clean up THEIR mess, and left hardened polyurethane on our kitchen countertops and down the slate stairwell of the front door! They sent over a manager that was rude and completely inconsiderate. They screwed up 100% of the flooring and left grooves from the sander all over the floors. To top it off, they do NOT want to accept responsibility and want to try and fix it. I would never let them in our house again. I would recommend never letting them in your house.

The initial contact and estimate was wonderful but since cashing the deposit I have not been able to make contact to cancel the project.

This was a bathroom remodel. Firstly, do not put your faith in their initial quote. Our quote was increased by $4500 which is a 25% increase. We attempted to negotiate by offering to reduce the scope of the project. Ybarra declined. Thankfully this happened the day prior to the demo. Secondly, Ybarra uses subcontractors. This particular subcontractor was going to lay the ceramic floor tile. His plan was to lay the tile directly on the particle board underlayment instead of removing it. He was not going to use cement board which is the industry standard. Thirdly, the contract was vague. Few specifics were written. The project manager promised us the moon verbally but couldnt deliver

They subbed out 100% of work and only collect money. They hired contractors took 9 instead of the 4-5 weeks they stated. It was bad communication and they would only come by, take a look, and didn't do anything. The actual finished work was excellent due to the subcontractors they hired.

I would definitely recommend this company. They are very professional, very respectful and very clean. Hector was making sure that everything was perfect throughout the job site from start to finish. I will definitely say that he is one of the most polite guys to my mother and myself.

I desperately needed to convert my tub/shower to a walkin shower because of mobility limitations. Ybarra quickly sent Ryan who started working out a construction plan .Levi than became my project manager and fined tuned the plan to meet my needs and budget. Questions or concerns were quickly addressed by Levi with a call back or text. Once all needed materials were acquired Todd and Julio finished the new beautifully tiled shower,flooring and other upgrades in three days. Levi or Robert came each day to check the progress. Today I signed off on my very safe attractive bathroom. Working with Levi and other crew members was always very positive and respectful. Hope to use Ybarra again and will recommend them to friends and family.

We had the pleasure to work with Ybarra Professional Builders on back to back projects in our home. Both came out better than we could have envisioned! Our first project was our hallway bathroom. Our project manager Ryan was always on top of things and very attentive to detail. He was always in communication with us and very responsive. The work crew was professional and courteous at all times. They completed the project in the timeframe we discussed and were so very pleased with the final product. Because we were so pleased with the bathroom remodel, we asked Ryan to help us with a kitchen remodel. This was a much bigger project and had more details in scope. I am happy to say Ryan and his team maintained the same quality, service and attention to detail as mentioned previously. Pretty impressive as this was a much larger project. I had a great experience with Ybarra Professionals. I hired them to remodel my bathroom and all I can say is WOW! Our home was built in the 50s and you would never know it because they did such a good job modernizing it. The plumbing, the sink, the new vanity and new shower including AMAZING glass door!! The workers showed up on time every day and knocked out the entire project in a matter of 3 weeks. So very pleased with these guys. Couldnt recommend them enough!

I was referred to Ybarra by a friend who had their kitchen done. I was in love with the cabinets and the end result of it all and asked her who her contractor was. Ryan and Levi were so helpful and catered to my specific requests and time frames because I work a night job. Their crew went above and beyond, replied to my late-night text messages and the concerns I had about my dogs getting out while they were working. They made sure to clean and lock up every time they left and were very courteous about trying to keep the noise down while I slept, which was very nice of them as well. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of it all!! Highly recommend Ybarra Professionals!

The person I had to deal with the most had a very strong accent which made communication difficult. One night at 9:45 P.M. I had to ask them to leave. The landing they replaced looks good. The stairs are a problem. I complained when I first saw them. They came out and replaced them but they still aren't right.

We're delighted to have our glass doors sliding smoothly again, and very happy with our new handle and screen.
