They did not stand by what they said per the contract we have together. My pool is not sparkling clean as they promise and they are asking for full payment and it appears as if the company was not equipped or prepared to do my job. I have received feedback from the company that it was more work than they expected. They have bought materials, one of which was dry acid which could ruin my pool. They asked about the trees near my pool and offered to trim them and that is something that has been done well but the pool service is lacking. The work has not been finished. In my opinion, they are not as knowledgeable as they claim to be. There was broken pool equipment that they are failing to replace. They purchased chemicals that I already had.
