Palmetto Protection Films provides professional window film solutions for residential and commercial properties, including solar control, safety & security, and decorative films. We help homeowners and businesses reduce heat and glare, improve comfort, protect interiors from UV damage, and add an extra layer of safety to their glass — all without replacing windows. As a family-owned business with over 25 years of hands-on experience, we take pride in delivering clean, detail-focused installations and a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. We recently had window film installed at our home in the Greensboro area and had a great experience with Palmetto Protection Films.
From the initial consultation to the installation, everything was handled professionally and with a lot of attention to detail. They took the time to explain the different options and helped us choose the right film to reduce heat and glare without making our home feel dark.
The installation itself was clean and efficient, and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. We’ve already noticed a big difference in comfort, especially in the afternoons.
If you’re in the Triad area and considering window film, they’re definitely worth reaching out to.

Matt is a true professional with decades of experience and is the best in the business. They gave us a very reasonable quote for tinting the windows of our new sunroom. He also tinted the windshield of my Tesla (not an easy task) and did a perfect job. I will only trust Palmetto Protection Films for all my future tinting needs.

I’m very pleased with both the process and results of the window films for my home. I have more privacy, reduced heat blaring in from the sun, less glare (which helps decrease my frequent headaches) and I don’t feel like I’ve lost any sunlight or visibility. Price is reasonable too! I’d definitely recommend.

I was looking to get my storm door tinted, after 2 calls to other local vendors with no return phone calls, my next door neighbor referred me to the great team at Palmetto Protection Films. Not only did I get my storm door tinted, I ended up getting my entire home tinted as well as the windshield on my Jeep. will soo be scheduling to have my truck done also. We are very happy with our newly tinted windows by Palmetto Protection Films. We wanted something that would tame the heat and yet still allow the light in, and that is exactly what we got. The installers were extremely professional and had completed all the windows in about 7 hours. We canâ t say enough good things about this company!!! Matt and Christy are quite a team!!!

Highly recommend Palmetto Protection Films. This local business, in the Myrtle Beach, SC area, is the only place you should go to for your window tinting needs. Matthew, the owner & installer is responsive, professional, timely, and his attention is detail is excellent.
