I was informed by this company I only needed an spot treatment in the area which was found in the Home Inspection. The treatment was rejected by the buyer on what seems to be real concerns. As I read more about those treatment this is what I founded: " Subterranean termite colonies may contain hundreds of thousands of individuals, foraging in many different directions. For the homeowner, localized or "spot" treatments are generally a gamble except in cases of retreatment. Most reputable pest control firms will not warranty spot treatments, since it's likely that termites will eventually find other points of entry into the structure. Some companies may offer to do a so-called "perimeter" treatment, using one of the non-repellent liquid termiticides (Termidor, Premise, etc.). Typically this will involve a thorough application around the entire outside foundation wall of the building, and spot-treating any infested or high-risk interior areas. If the homeowner is considering such a treatment, they should inquire whether it will be accompanied by a service agreement in case termites return. (Service renewal agreements usually state that if termites return, the company will return and retreat the affected areas at no additional charge provided the renewal agreement is maintained.) It's a bit of a gamble to purchase any termite treatment option without an ongoing service agreement. " Wasted MY CASH MONEY! I called today and first he could not recall the address, then he could not tell me how much more will it cost me to do a perimeter treatment. STAY AWAY!

I moved into an apartment that had roaches coming out of the cracks in the woodwork at night. When the Yellow Bee representative came home, he was in such a hurry to get things done. He squirted stuff around the apartment , took my money and left. Told me this should last 4-6 months. I saw roaches on the third day after his treatment. So whatever he did, DID NOT WORK and I'm down by $95.

I did not hire because I did not have a problem. Ernie came and checked my basement and informed me that he did not see a problem. this was after the terminx guy attemped to sell me a $1700.00 plan stating he saw termite damage in my basement. Thank you Ernie if I think I have a problem you are definately getting my call.
