I wish there was a zero. I am so disappointed. Sargio and his team have done a pathetic job. We hired them to build our patio with stairs. At each step, we were trying to correct him, and every time he kept saying, Wait till the end, the result will be good. The result is that all the pavers are coming off, leaving gaps all over. The stair edges are broken. He had just filled the hole with sand and put tape everywhere to hide all these mistakes. On the last day of the job, he said do not step on it for 3 days till everything is dry. We just trusted him and waited for 4 days. After 4 days, when we removed all the tapes he put on and washed the sand, we realized everything was coming off and broken. I almost fell when I stepped on the stairs. We also tipped him for such a pathetic job. Now I am trying to call him, and he has blocked my number. I am not able to reach him in any way except by leaving a review so that the same thing does not happen to someone else. It is in a state where we cannot use it, and I have to find a way to fix it.

They do really good work, and they always talk with me to help plan projects. Overall they are great to work with!

Nothing bad to say at all! Sergio and his wife are a lovely couple and we hit it off immediately. We've been working with them for over a year now and it as been just great.
