Darrell is very personable and professional! He had no issues with dealing with me, my grandmother (the home purchaser), and her real estate agent. He took his time and answered every question we had with detail. His home report was complete with great detail and pictures. He truly put my grandmother at ease with letting her know exactly what she was getting into repair-wise with her purchase.
