This contractor had no supervisor on the job either of the first two days and I had to act as the supervisor. When I confronted the responsible person about this, they hung up on me after raising their voice. I then called and talked to the owner and received better service after that but this should not be necessary!!

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
I had roof vents replaced on a 9 year old roof/house one year ago. After one year the roof was leaking where one vent was replaced. I was told that Yellow Hammer Roofing does not guarantee repairs, not even on their newly installed roof vents. I spoke to the manager and the sales representative and this was their response. I was really surprised that a company does not guarantee their work after an installation.

This is Joe out in Harvest AL. The Crew was excellent and did a very good job on my 12/12 pitch roof covering nearly 60 squares of shingles. Once on the schedule we were moved up and things started sooner than originally scheduled. After the crew left (2-day install/60 squares) I walked around and did a close inspection and I am very pleased at the results.

My name is Robyn, and I am not only an employee of Yellowhammer Roofing, but a customer. We had the AttiCat Blown -In Insulation put in our attic and couldn't be happier. We usually keep our thermostat on 68 degrees, to test out the insulation we completely cut the unit off for a 24 hour period (the low that night was 34), when we turned it back on the temperature had only changed 4 degrees! Well worth the investment! Looking forward to many years of savings!
