Installed a split ductless system promising to keep mom's small apartment cozy. Wrong. Had to buy 2 supplemental heaters to hold her over until a real company could install a better unit. Now she's cozy. As Yenason basically said, "Once installed, it's yours" It wasn't defective just way underpowered. Making it useless. Never again. They are OFF MY LIST permanently.

Buyer beware, Yenason Mechanical installed our tankless hot water system with a 15 year warranty, so far its been a nightmare. Super friendly up until you need warranty work done. Our tank began to leak/lost hot water in April, its now middle of July. They have a tendency to only come every 2 or 3 weeks and repeatedly order the wrong part. Their explanation for this is the manufacturer sent the wrong one, except this would be the 4th attempt. We even had a different company come in to try and help with diagnosis of the issue, who told them exactly what to order to repair it. They still got the wrong parts. Now after 3 months they realize what they need to order...... the exact parts the other company told them to order. It's sad how quickly people will take your money to sell you a product but then completely bail when it comes to warranty work. Did I mention they dont keep you in the loop at all and always have an excuse? I feel bad for Nicole, she has to deal with the customers.

The customer service person on the phone was helpful and friendly. They were the original installers and I had them back for major repairs three times in five years. I felt the workers took their time performing the work thereby getting more money for labor. The charge for service was outrageous and the system keeps breaking. I would never hire them again. I should have gone with the installer that was $1000 higher in estimate. I've already spent more than $2000 in repairs to shoddy workmanship.

Great service by great people. They did exceptional work for us in atime a timely manner. Sales rep was knowledgeable and put my best interest in hand. Sold me what I needed not anything extra.
