So far my wife and I are very happy with our experience with Tim Yerdon and his company. Probably 2 weeks left until project complete. Interested is seeing how the yard will be returned to grass after the foundation work that was done in the beginning.

Yerdon Construction was punctual, very friendly, and kept a keen eye for details. We couldn't be happier with the deck they built for us.

I had a small older deck torn down and a new larger one put on. I replaced it entirely maintenance free. Tim and his crew were very efficient and had the project done in a couple of days. I absolutely love it! I would recommend Yerdon construction and I would call on them again if needed.

His men were very prompt, cordial, and easy to have in the house. There are still some things to be done, but they are doing an excellent job so far.

I built my deck out an additional 160 sq ft and replaced all the floor boards with Trex on an additional 800 sq ft. The communication was great, the project started on time and was completed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

I will never have to worry about who to call EVER again. From a leaky pipe to a whole room remodel or to recommend an entire house built. Tim and his crew are fantastic. And his customer service is just as fantastic. I am so impressed with their quality of work. And they can do it all. No need to sub-contract. On time, courteous, respectful of my animals, my property, my neighbors property and my personal space. I add my comments to all the others. I have a large two story home with multiple dormers. It is a complex roof. Yerdon did a wonderful job, at a VERY reasonable price, and in a timely manner. Everyone we had contact with was professional and courteous. We could not be happier and highly recommend this company. We would definitely hire them again, if the need arose.

Tim came over right away and quoted the job. He also walked around and gave me good advice on small projects I could do myself. They work his crew did was exactly what I needed done. They came in under budget and also did a few small things that I had just casually pointed out during our walk around. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again myself.

From the initial estimate to the completed job, Yerdon Construction is top notch! They are very fair in their pricing, the guys are extremely polite and do not waste time. They went above and beyond, even completing some smaller tasks and we felt very fortunate to have had their expertise in handling our project. Now we can list our home for sale and know that there will be no glitches in the home inspection. You cannot ask for better workmanship, on time appearances and all around professionalism.

This firm installed a sliding patio door that I purchased at Lowes. They did an excellent job of removing old door and framing in for this new door and triming.Also they went and picked up the door at Lowes saving me a delivery charge. Quality workmanship and answered all my questions so I'm very satisfied homeowner. I plan on more projects and will use this firm again in future. I can recommend this firm wholeheartily!!!
