I called them last August to repair our refrigerator that wasn't cooling. Daniel came out, charged around $280 and said it should be working and his work was under warranty for 3 months. The next day the fridge was warm so I called back. He came out and tried to fix it again, but couldn't get it to cool. He offered to sell me a refrigerator that he refurbished for$700. I said okay and he brought it out a couple days later. It worked for about 3 weeks and then the freezer stopped working. I called and texted him and got no response. I found that if I unplug it and plug it back in, it'll work. This has now happened 6 times since then. I've continue to call and text, but he doesn't answer. I would love to give him 5 stars if he'd just answer his phone and come look at the fridge.

One of the worst and cheating people I ever experienced, the reason why because they recently scammed me! I had issues in my dishwasher and I requested them and they visited and took advance money for the repair part but they didn?t do their job properly but they received full payment and now I am facing same issue and when I contact them they are out contact which so bad and disgusting experience. In addition , I just wanted to inform all of you to not use their services anymore because they will scam you like they did to me thus, just be careful before you ask or call them for any kind of service!

This individual is a thief. Do. It hire. He came to my home, said he repaired the refrigerator, charged me $365 and then said the sensor was out (because the alarm kept going off and the refrigerator was not cooling still). Left to get a part and would be right back. Now, he has ghosted me for over two months and refused to return calls or my money. Let me repeat: This man, Danny, is a thief.

The job is not completely done, after doing the first job, he said that he would come back to complete the work, but he did not. After paying the total amount and it has been hard to get in touch with him or doing the follow up repair.

They replaced my ice maker and it did not work. Called them back to let them know and they scheduled 3 different appointments and never showed up. I called them several times but they never answered my calls. They only responded via text and now no response at all. They have gone ghost with my $429.00 The job was never completed.

Possible fraudulent company, they do not communicate, they take your money and never show up. Don't hire this person.

Very nice family came in to do the work. Father and son did repair, and wife did the billing. I thought I needed to replace my garbage disposal, but he was able to fix it and saved me $100. I'll call him again when needed.

Only reason customer service was 4.0 stars is that person was an hour later than he said when he called me on Saturday (appt was for Monday morning). Would definitely recommend and hire them again.

They came over and stated that the ice maker was repaired, but it is not. I addressed the concern and all they do is to make promises that they would come back to fix it, but they have not showed up to any of the appointments. I paid them $491.00 and my icemaker still not working.
