Flat, Foam, or Single Ply Roofing Installation and Replacement
They did not pull a permit for the work despite it being agreed upon in the contract, the roof immediately started leaking and they were unresponsive in regards to coming back out to fix it. Now 3 years later I am looking at having to purchase a whole new roof.

Paid tens of thousands of dollars to have this clown crew put on a show of ruining our roof. They never finished the job and it leaks just as bad as before. Left the 60-year old plywood and everything. Absolute trash. Called dozens of times but they stopped picking up our calls.

They came out measured and gave me a quote. I was told if I wanted the price I was given. I needed to put the 600 down. After they payment I did not hear from anyone for a week. I called costumer service line that was provided to me, left a voicemail. I waited a whole other week, and still didn;t receive a call back. I called 5-9 more time since then. no matter what prompt I select, I get sent to the same voicemail every time. I can not get a hold of anyone from YES! HOME SERVICE. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company. If you are looking for customer service I recommend choosing any other company.

The first contract for kitchen remodel was canceled by YES! Home Services. The second has never been signed. After one month of waiting for the new one, I asked for the full refund. In an extremely aggressive tone, Mark (manager) refused to give me my deposit back, and screamed that he will see me in the court for breaking a contract!

Originally hired them for a roof, though they did a good job. 3 months later a developed a leak in my living room. Tried to call the company and anyone I called hung up on me. Went to their office and doors were locked. out of business. finally tracked someone down who said there was a breakup in management trying to steal customers. someone finally came out to repair the roof but I would say stay away from this company.
