I was charged an $89 fee to come out.i found what the problem was within 1-hour of making the appt,tried to cancel, i was told i still hade to pay.When the service guy camet,i told him that i just needed the sensor cleaned,he said that wasnt the problem and said i need a whole new piece.Then went further to suggest i buy a whole new water heater at a cost of over 6k which is ridiculous.My cousin stopped by after work took ten minutes and a piece of 50cent sandpaper,cleaned the sensor,and i have no problems since.This was over a month ago.Basically i pd 89 for an extremely high price quote and he didnt even take the time to do what i asked.

1 year later the back up in the kitchen occurred again. In the Spring of 2017 I hired Chicago Plumbing to come and hydrojet my kitchen pipe as well as the pipe extending to the main sewer. The result of this job was phenomenal. The pipe was completely drained of large chunks of hardened grease build up. Took s half hour to completely clean out. Suffice to say, this pipe won't be clogging up for a great while. Thank You Chgo Plumbing. Hydrojetting is the way to go. Cost me $400 for half hour job...money well spent.

the Service guy Mike was great, and nice to work with. He took care of the problem. After doing further reasearch there are a lot of companies that will do the same job a lot cheaper. $1200 is a rip, $480/hour is really high. Do your reasearch if you have time, I wish I did!!!!

Prompt, very professional service. The plumber was very knowledgeable and patient in trying to determine the problem, of which he found I had two other problems I was not aware of. Prices are a little high though.
