DO NOT USE THIS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY!!!!I After agreeing to remodel my house, Clarence Yoak wouldn't fill out the paperwork needed by the mortgage company and kept making up excuses why he couldn't. After weeks of putting me off but still saying he wanted to do my job he just quit answering or returning my calls. So because of him I lost $1700 and my contract on the house was cancelled. He must not have the proper insurance coverage since that was the paperwork he wouldn't fill out. I gave him plenty of opportunities to just tell me he didn't want to do my job so I could get another contractor but instead he chose to just avoid my calls and not do what he said he would do. I am on a fixed income with a disabled son and can't afford to lose so much money. Clarence Yoak is not a man of his word and I would never recommend him!!
