They came out repair my roof and within 2 months is leaking in the attic, bedroom and bathroom. I am not able to get a hold on them. The phone number is disconnected and never they returned my Email.

I had a terrible experience with this company. Their guaranteed 1000 dollar plus fix did not work, and my roof still leaks. Now they want double the amount to fix it properly. They are not worth your hard-earned money. Stay far away.

They responded quickly and offered to complete the work the same day. They were a bit pricey, but I told them the work quality had better be on point. So far, I did not see any water coming in. They did not follow up with their promise of their 10 year warranty of work preformed. The fact that you cannot reach them, it is a negative. Poor customer follow up. They charged me $2800 because they were going to fix addition shingles and 5 month later after issues arise, their numbers have been disconnected and you cannot reach them.

Very pleased with the repair job. And the company as a whole. From the estimate to the completion of the work. They were upfront, with the price, and the quality of work I would receive, along with what needed to be done. They showed me pictures of what the problem was, and pictures of the process, from beginning to the end. It rained heavy right after the repair was done, and everything is fine. I would like to point out, that not only did they repair the problem area, but they did complete maintenance on the whole roof. I would definitely refer them to other people.

They are very professional and nice people. They came, gave me the estimate and did the job in one day. So far, so good. They also game 10 years warranty which is nice. Some pros don't give you much warranty on maintenance.

I read there reviews prior to hiring them for the job. I was impressed but skeptical, due to previous experience with others. When they arrived on time, assessed the situation and provided the information needed to fix the problem. I was relieved that they were able to fix the problem that same day, freezing weather day I may add. I highly recommend them, great team.

I highly recommend this company for roofing work. They have excellent communication and customer service skills. They are prompt, courteous, and really keep me informed every step of the way. I had a roof leak problem and I chose John and Buford over 4 other roofers because of their presentation and the quality of both their materials and also their guarantees. I was highly unsure about any roofer due to past experience but this was certainly and clearly a win. Without hesitation, give them a call and trust you'll be treated well and that you'll be happy with the results.

Well, I have to say I had a lot of fear of hiring a contractor, I heard of a lot of horror stories but I have to say it was a pleasurable experience. They informed me very well they explain the whole process they came and gave me a free estimate. John and Buford and came out the next day and had the work done in one day. I was amazed and I would recommend it. To be honest I was a little bit skeptical because I gave them a deposit and they told me that they would come the next day and have it done in one day but to my surprise, they kept their end of the bargain.
