After interviewing a few Duct Cleaning companies in Tucson, I am glad that I hired Nico Yosef! In the phone interview he carefully explained the process and described his industrial-strength equipment. He quoted accurately at $200 less than a competitor. He also ran a scope with a camera before and after the vents were cleaned to show the dramatic results of his duct cleaning. Next, Nico went onto our condo building's steep tile roof to clean the dryer vents. There, he found that the HOA had screened off all of the dryer vents, which were trapping large amounts of dryer lint. He told us this did not meet the city's building code, and besides wearing out our dryer by making it work harder, it was an extreme fire hazard. With this knowledge, I was able to contact our HOA to insist that all of the screens be removed. Even though our screen was now removed and safe, we share our building with 7 other units, and a potential fire caused by a neighbor's vent would affect all of us.

Mor Yousef came on a Sunday to clean the dryer vent. This had not been done since we moved in and was completely clogged. I'm sure this led to the demise of the dryer. The job was professionally accomplished in the minimum time. Highly recommend.
