You Got It Movers

1. We discovered that a number of items/boxes (mostly tools, etc) were missing, once we started unpacking days later (old, & not highly valuable, but darned inconvenient to lose, & costly to replace). They would not admit to any loss or reparation, tho two OTHERS came the following week to help us "search" through the garage for the missing items. All had been there to come in the last load. I left the house unattended to go to our new place during that final truckload. 2. Was supposed to take two 8-hr days, one to pack up & one to move - using 2 trucks. But, tho, they did work late into the night, the job took them almost a full "day" longer than estimated, which really increased our hourly costs. 3. This was a cross-town move, a 10 minute drive. The evening of the 2nd day, however, the "final" load took the 2nd truck crew [half of the 4-man crew] three times longer than prior loads, and it should've been the smallest load of all. Since it was already evening, and little was left to load intk the truck, I left to help with the move-in. BUT, they brought many boxes that were clearly marked "DO NOT MOVE" from a room marked "DO NOT ENTER," and took the initiative to pack many other boxes with loose trash, etc. And, to top it off, they came back totally stoned, smelling of pot. With broken bookshelves. 4. I had to load the trash & DO NOT MOVE stuff & return it myself - several loads in my pick-up, for the new owners [I'm 68, with heart trouble]; and make repairs to what they broke. 5. Next time, we won't hire the company that uses "well-trained and closely supervised college students" crews [we tho't it would help with them out!]. Turned out, they were not trained, and there was certainly no adult supervision. They were very personable, and did work very hard (until that evening), and two were very, very helpful getting things set up again at the new place. I even tipped those. I just wish they could've found my old missing tools. . . .

James and his crew showed up early and loaded fast and efficiently. They made sure all my stuff was properly secure. I called last minute to be moved to spokane washington from Marysville and he managed to squeeze me in and deliver and unload the same day. They took the hard work out of moving and I HIGHLY recommend them. Amazing customer service and so friendly!

Movers showed up on time. They listened to my requests, worked quickly and efficiently, and were very personable. I would hire this company again.

Horrible! Showed up with a 16 feet truck that they refused to load anything into. I hired them to help move my disabled brother into his new apartment. They spent 20 minutes putting a few items in our U-Haul then walked off the job but are still demanding the full 2-hour minimum plus truck rental. I was expecting them to move the heavier furniture in their bigger truck but instead, they lied to their boss, claiming that I called them a racial slur. I NEVER used any type of profanity or called them anything, derogatory or otherwise. I had to hire a new moving company to complete the move, including repacking what the incompetent movers had packed because they put fragile items underneath heavier boxes. The new moving company was amazing, which is the complete opposite of You Got It Movers, who I caught yelling at my disabled brother, demanding full payment for a job not done. They threatened to show back up to demand payment. My disabled brother tried to reason with them but they kept threatening him. I stepped in to stop the yelling and threats but the boss hung upon us. I would NEVER hire them again.

We got 2 trucks and 4 people on a very short notice. All 4 people were punctual, respectful, and helped us move with great spirits. Everything was moved with good care- even piano. They unloaded boxes and kept in appropriate rooms after checking with us. Thank you for god experience with move.

Easy to work with. I bought an elliptical on Craigslist and this company was able to move it for me the very next day. Excellent customer service.

They were thorough and arrived on time; friendly and professional. . Not sure it was realistic from r us to expect them to wipe their feet going in and out of the house. We have lots of fir needles in our yard so it likely worked out best not to pay them to take the time to clean their feet all the time. We can vacuum.

Guy showed up right away and got to work. They were friendly and fast and got me moved and set up at the new house in 1.5 hours. Super affordable for a short 12 mile move. Everyone else wanted to change me 3-4 hour minimums and travel fees. Very satisfied with their help. Thanks!

You Got it moving company in Arlington was a life saver. I called them after another company cancelled at the last minute. I didn't know what to expect. Boy was I surprised by the energy, helpfulness, professional and willingness to help us out in any way they could. Thanks for the great job!!!
