I am not the absolute cheapest in terms of estimates, but my customers are ALWAYS satisfied with how they spent their money. I give detailed quotes that outline how your money is rationed. I demonstrate how the materials I use are of quality. I also explain to the client how someone in my position might be able to cut corners, and how other contractors might charge a cheaper price for that very reason. I am not looking to get in and get out and make a quick buck. My company's reputation is on the line and the most efficient way of acquiring jobs is by an adamant word-of-mouth. I walk the client through every single step of the process, allowing them to be comfortable during the renovation/construction. I look to make it as easy as seamless as possible for my clients.
