I hired him tear down garage and install new 24 by 36 garage, My issue is that he tore down garage and now will not install new garage. He stated he will not build the new garage, leaving us with 3 cars out in the weather. He does not do what he says he was going to do.

I had a few projects done through him back in September. He installed a use water softener in my home. The paint he had placed is now coming off, he did not complete the jobs I had asked him to, and he will not return my calls.
