Phoned You&Us Mechanical Services this morning. Julian came this afternoon as he said he would. He examined air conditioner, explained the problem to us, told us what he would do to fix it and then proceeded to do as he said. His price was very fair. His courteous, professional and very pleasant manner has inspired our confidence , and we will call him again if needed for other projects. From Fred and Marian

Gas Boiler or Radiator Heating System Repair
The first day they showed up late for the appointment & sent an inexperienced tech to work on my system . I had to call him to find out where he was ? After dis-manteling the unit they said "someone" will be back tomorrow to diagnose the problem. The 2nd day they showed up carrying Air conditioning Freon gauges when they were here to fix the heating system. After realizing what had to be done they then reconnected what the 1st tech did & got it working partially . The 3rd day they had to come back & completed the job . They handed me a bill & expected me to pay for the call & the time it took them to fix what they disconnected . After negotiating a lower charge I begrudgingly paid the bill . Although the 2nd crew was somewhat more knowledgable their ability to arrive on time & showing up with the wrong equipment made me NOT feel comfortable using them in the future .

At first I had my doubts. But I was glad to Have 3 honest wise men Shane, Oliver, ofcourse Julian to help me and my wife get through this. Sometimes previous owners leave a house in a bad state but this business repaired our boiler. It feel new and works harder than before. Thank you.
