EXCELLENT SERVICE I HAVE THEM ON MY SPEED DIAL

Thanks to Doug Young and his team of plumbers probably save me and my wife a lot of money and probably our lives . i am going to give the abridge version of our situation . Started about Five o'clock on Friday evening (that's when most night mares begin right }. So , go down basement to get some tools to work on my Truck . Just happen to look over by the water heaters ( 2) when i discovered that some insulation had started to come down . so i go over and push it back up when i discover some water on top oh the one WH and the other one was dry . the basement floor is saturated with water so i notice a small leak come down the side of the bad WH . I need a Plumber . So call one of the chain Plumbers 2 WK waiting list will call earlier if someone cancels .Call the 800 number for local plumber . Luckly Mrs. Young called and would have came out on the 4th of July but i said it could wait until Monday . Monday comes . They tell me i need a WH . After 16 yrs . ok . they then tell me the other WH is just a shell . it has a gas line with no w/out burner plates and no water going to it . luckly,no one ever turned it on Boom City. Ok .Now we hagel with the price of WH Tank vs Tankless .After a few discounths and the military one was great we go with the tankless . . instalation day comes go very good until we have no power going back to the basement lights .after a about an hour or so Doug and Bob decided some of the wiring was misconfigured and damaged . Luckly they new a company (W.A.V.Electrical Services LLC ) They sent one of their Tech . Corey (great guy} .he found several breaks that were potential fire hazards .Corey accessed the situation came up with the wiring plan. The wiring was finished in about an hour from start to finish . Doug Young was at my house from start to finish about seven hrs or more . i coldn't imagine one of the chain plumbers doing that . thanks again Doug and Bob and Dougs son and Cory ,

We recently had a leak coming through the sink crusher. Doug came and replaced the grinder right away, among other fixing we were postponing to do. We have used his services since we moved to the area, and we have always received clean, neat and professional service. He is great with communication too.

Responded very quickly to my call requesting service. Very professional, did great work and cleaned up! Definitely would recommend

called me quickly, showed up and fixed the problem while explaining it in an easy to understand way. I would hire again.

Punctual, trustworthy, honest, and would not hesitate to use them again!
