Our company is a local family based company that specializes in waterproofing of elevated decks, detailed stamped concrete, driveways, deck demo and renovation of concrete and wood decks with masonry finish, and concrete pumping. We own our concrete pump!. With over 15 years of industry experience, we take an enormous amount of pride in the attention to detail put into each of the projects we are involved with. We are known for our quality work and the integrity of our business. We look forward to building long-term relationships with our clients and guarantee your satisfaction.

Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps- Install
We hired Youngblood to install a stamped concrete patio, and from the start, we had issues with communication with the company. We were told that a crew would drop off some materials the night prior to the job, but nobody came and nothing was communicated to us about the no-show. After the patio was installed, a crew came to color it but left without providing any instructions as to how long to wait to use the patio or regarding general upkeep. The contract for the job stated that a load of gravel and sand would be installed before the concrete was poured, but we were home all day and the crew did not install any gravel or sand. Nothing was mentioned to us by Youngblood, and I had to call to inquire about this. Wrye, the owner, told me that they had not needed the gravel and sand, which he said were going to be used for leveling, and he would refund me for that portion of the bill. A quick search after the fact informed me that gravel and sand are used mainly for drainage and to prevent erosion, not for leveling. We were then worried about the long-term integrity of the patio, and sure enough, two months after the patio was poured, it developed a crack halfway along its width. This just reinforced what we suspected about the missing gravel and sand. I have now emailed Wrye and left him two voicemails over the course of three weeks in an attempt to talk about this crack, but I have heard nothing from him. In short, Youngblood did a very poor job with communication before, during, and after the job, and they have demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and ethics. We now have a brand-new patio with a long crack in it. If you are looking to have a patio poured, look elsewhere.

I would like to reiterate that we were in communication throughout your project, and called to see if we could come meet to take a look at your concerns. You did not agree to meet with us, and proceeded to say boisterous negative comments over the phone. At the start of your project we discussed the scope of work in detail and you approved this by signing our contract. Our company accessed the job site and found that a load of gravel was not required and you were in agreeance with my knowledge and expertise. Your estimate was quoted for a load of gravel, but again after accessing the project it was not needed. Our company did refund you the amount quoted for the gravel right away. Our office was in correspondence with you and your wife throughout the project, and you were very satisfied with the outcome. Google is a great resource, but industry standards are met by the contractor hired to do the project. Per our contract disclaimer that all of our customers read and sign before the start of any project states that cracking of the concrete can unfortunately occur which is the reason that poured concrete must have joints either tooled or cut in to help control cracking to those joints, however concrete can crack wherever it so desires and is not due to improper installation. We used welded wire mesh that is another reinforcement that helps cracking on your project as well. Wrye was on time when appointment was scheduled and was competitive with the 2 other quotes I received I had a special time frame for the work to be completed and that was met by the Youngblood crew with good results and the granite stamping of the concrete came out as their sample pictures The mess was minimal and clean up was complete and to my liking I would use Youngbloodâ  s services again , and Iâ  m hard to please

The Worst experience ever with a contractor. Never pay them in full until you are completely satisfied. I made that mistake. Paid in full, with more work to be done and never saw them again. Cracks in concrete and areas they missed on stain were never fixed. Even after escalating that I was not happy and a commitment they would be back, I have still not heard a word. If I could rate them lower than 1 I would.

We have a stamped concrete patio that needs repair. They came out, quoted a price, we signed a contract and made a 10% down-payment on the project. They do not return phone calls, or respond to emails. Contract was signed and payment made on 7/9/2019. It is 8/29/2019 and we are out $75.

"Our company had a signed contract with the customer and we honored the terms of the contract. Our schedule was 5-6 weeks out. The contract also states that the schedule may be delayed due to weather and we had two full weeks of rain showers. Our company reached out to the customer several times trying to do the project earlier than scheduled, but the customer declined our services. The signed contract states that our deposits are non-refundable. Our company did honor the customers request and mailed back the deposit money. The customer deposited the check on 9/9/19. Our company did provide documentation to HomeAdvisor with the signed contract"
