Before the work, William showed me a pic of a three handle faucet plumbing assembly for a shower faucet. I was under the impression that the whole plumbing assembly had to be replaced. I asked if the $394 includes everything and he said yes. He only replaced two rubber washers and two brass washers. For less than an hour of work, and 4 total washers, I think I was deceived into believing the work needed included the whole three handle plumbing assembly. If I knew only the washers needed to be replaced, I would never had signed the agreement.

Installer William was a top notch pro, did quality work, worked fast & hard & persistent, knew his craft to a "T", responded and completed the job in the same day. "Your 1 Plumber" prices were not cheap (hence half star deduction) , but you definitely got 5 star quality work!

The plumber came out on time per appointment and provided an estimate. However, when they came here they were unable to perform the work. Nothing was done - they still charged me $29.00 for an estimate even though I agreed to have the work done and sign an agreement. And they stated I had an invalid email which I have had for years. They were unable to turn off water and they were unable to change out the diverter. These are the simplest of tasks for a plumber. I really feel that this was an unfair charge.

For them to come and take a look is $29 service charge no matter if you hire them or not, I have a clog up kitchen sink it cost me $250 to unclog the sink I should not hired them, but I have to paid the $29 service charge, so I have to let them do the job, it is a ripoff to paid $250 to unclog a kitchen sink I was in a rush to have my kitchen sink unclogged should have call another company, that is my regret will never recommend this company to anybody that needs a plumbing job.
