The absolute worst customer service in the world! Greg the owner yells, threatens, and attempts to intimidate his PAYING customers. When issues come up, he fights with you instead of working with you. I have copies of Voicemails he has left me, and Images of Texts with him, and his staff where we were told one thing and provided another. (I am happy to provide these to anyone that asks) just PM me. The installers destroyed my dining room ceiling on day one (huge water leak), which ended up turning into a liability claim as Greg was unreasonable on the phone (yet again) when I asked we at least test for Mold because my child has a respiratory issue, Greg proceeds to yell at me over the phone when I questioned the fact that the vanity that showed up did not match the sales picture we ordered and has half what the storage drawers we wanted. There was also an issue with the tub ordered vs. what was selected. There is an underline in the contract for the Tub (as it wasnâ t picked at the time of contract signingâ ¦ HUGE Mistake) Greg would not honor the agreement and text message history we had with Rich (and could prove) In the end, he must have known he was in the wrong because he provided a contract addendum and reducing the total bill by the cost of an average tub, but not the one we wanted as compared to the lesser tub that showed up at our house. This was a clear case of a bait and switch we could have argued in court, but in the interest of just getting our project completed, we took the discount and moved on. If I would have known it would take another 60+ days beyond the worst-case estimates to complete we would have lawyered up right then and there. (This was supposed to be a 5-6 day project plus 2-3 weeks for the custom glass. The project started on 10/15/18. 30 days after the project was to be completed, it reached the glass ordering step. I made the final payment over the phone minus the glass (per the contract) I was verbally assured by Greg the glass was ordered. Three weeks later (nope, the glass was never ordered), had to wait another four weeks for the glass to be install and again, it was not Your Bath and Kitchen noticing they were overdue and reaching out to the customer, it was me (THE CUSTOMER) following up yet again, trying to figure out why I still cannot use my master bathroom! We like the end product, itâ s not perfect, there are scratches on the countertops, and the cabinets are not anything special. But, at this point, I am just happy to be rid of them! Avoid this company. I was never provided the back of the contract, but if you post an honest review about how poor the installation went it apparently voids your **lifetime** warranty. Just take a minute to think about why a business owner that is above board would including something like that in a contract. I post these reviews from my own experience. Everything I comment on, I can back up with VMs from Greg, texts from Rich our sales person, and through contract amendments!
