Brett was wonderful. My original inspector canceled last minute. I left a message for Brett and he contacted me within a couple of hours and scheduled the inspection in 2 days. During the inspection he encouraged me to ask questions and when I did, he did a great job answering me. Not only did he expkain the problem but also provided suggestions/examples on correcting them. He was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend YOUR BEST INSPECT.
