This project was expanded to include two full bath remodels and full basement with wet bar and kitchen. We were pleased with the results. It was our first time ever working with a contractor and for the most part the experience was very positive.

The job cost over twice as much as the estimate and was still not completed when I ran out of money. The structural work was good but the dry wall work was horrible. The estimate and contract were odd and confusing. The city building inspectors could not even figure it out and questioned its legality.

"Our contracts clearly states exactly what work will be performed and for the agreed amount. She had made a bad decision when she had us do her basement in the middle of the job instead of completing the kitchen.This is why she ran out of money. We went and fixed her drywall to perfection. Why did she pay us in full if she was not satisfied. We stand 100% behind our work and guarantee quality."

Your Designs did a great job at our house. It is always scary hiring a contractor, but Bruce and his team came in and did what we discussed for the amount of money we agreed upon. I will definitely consider them for any upcoming remodeling projects.

These folks do good work, however, they do not show up when they say they will. They are very disorganized with the "business" end of the job.

"This was a $500 job. We installed a chain link gate not a wood fence. I have pictures and it was installed when we said it would be. When it came time to get paid we could not get in touch with her. She is mad because I went over there on a Saturday morning woke her up and asked to get paid."

Jim did an excellent job with the driveway gate. My dogs are secure in backyard. In addition, he was able to place a new wood gate exactly as I had wanted to fill an awkward gap in the fence. Our privacy is now enhanced. I really didn't think that everything would get done as quickly as it was...pleasant surprise. Strong work overall.

Jim actually "listened" to what WE wanted and understood the motivation behind our wants. He was extremely courteous, professional and worked hard to get our job and meet our price requirements. He was able to begin immediately and was here when he said he was going to be. The fence looks excellent from front AND back. He also did a great job of clean up everyday. We will not hesitate to recommend "Your Designs" to anyone looking for any kind of home improvement.

Bruce did a great job. The estimate provided based on my verbal description of the job was on the nose. He arrived as scheduled and was happy to answer my questions and describe in detail what he was going to do. The job site was cleaned before he left. Bruce was very professional and I would hire him again without any reservations.
