The bid process was straight forward and, as it turns out, very fair. I received several bids, the low ball bid just seemed too low and the other bids were initially way too high for the amount of work being done. After I told them their bids were over priced they came back in line with "Your Electrician". Why waste your time trying to negotiate if you can get a fair bid off the bat? The team showed up on time, with all of the tools and materials. I made a last minute change the day of work, they accommodated the change and accepted my proposed price change, and got straight to work. 19 recessed lights, new lines run to each light, replacement of existing fixtures with new hardware, fixed an incorrectly installed ceiling fan, and cleaned up their mess, all in just under 8 hours. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with their work. The lights are perfectly aligned where I wanted them, the results are beautiful adjustable color lights that have eliminated any dark spots. The night light function is an awesome effect that I never knew I needed, I will definitely be bringing them back to finish out the bedrooms once the new ceilings are done.
