When it came time to true up my out of pocket costs with the original costs based on initial estimates, Ron LaFollette came to my home, literally traumatized me. So much so that I received an email from Suzanne Hall, their Business Development Specialist, apologizing on behalf of the Company. Ron hovered over me yelling at me I do not make mistakes in my face yelling at me. So belligerent that I had to say I would call the North Olmsted police if he did not leave my house. His response was to yell you slam my door behind him so hard that it rattled the windows in my house. Ron was intimidating totally out of line. Lawyers are now involved.

Ron and Co. are great people to work with. They were on time, courteous, explained everything going on and what would happen when. They also explained any additional costs that could pop up, and made sure to get approval every single time. We will definitely use them in the future!

Proficient, experienced and organized professional team with excellent customer service. Good listeners, helpful guidance through planning process, detail-oriented, neat and trustworthy. Our kitchen remodel included installing a patio door where one did not previously exist, removing and replacing walls, floors, soffits and part of the ceiling in the kitchen and two adjoining dining rooms, replacing/fixing plumbing in the laundry room, and fixing additional nearby ceilings needing repair and fixture upgrades. Small family team is very skilled in all trades, do all the work themselves (no subbing out work or bringing in strangers). Incredible how organized, tidy and fast they work. Provide solid cost estimates and communicates changes if customer makes changes (upgrades materials, adds on more work) to project. Excellent bookkeeping, accountable and has receipts for all materials/expenses. Thorough and complete, make sure customer is 100% satisfied when done. Will use again and highly recommend to others.

Ron did an excellent job on our new fireplace mantle. He was able to build a custom mantle from a picture we found online. He is very neat, very timely, and very meticulous about his work. I already have him scheduled to quote some work at our son's house and plan on bringing him back to our house for a basement project. I'm so glad I found Ron because most contractors are not willing to take the small jobs but Ron didn't hesitate.

Ron and his team did a spectacular job! We had quite a few issues with our new house and they were able to make it our home! Aside from painting every room, replacing every light fixture, and replacing appliances, we also had our countertop replaced. They recommended a granite company that was equally as great! Their work and work ethic were outstanding and I did recommend them to our neighbors and my son! Professional, respectful, and above and beyond what we expected! Thank you Ron, Josh and Ben!!

Ron and his son josh did a fantastic job they went over and beyond more then I could have asked for. Not only were they kind and respectful of my ever wish but they clean up everyday like they were never their and keep my house dust free I will definitely be using their company again for any job small or big and would recommend them to anyone their the best!!

Bad service, unprofessional. Yelled at us multiple times, made lots of excuses. Won't ever suggest or use this contractor. I suggest never using this contractor, ever. After nearly 13000 in expenses I can't believe we even dealt with this company to begin with.

Ron was great!! He did the job quickly and with no mess! We are very pleased.

Ron and his son moved the top 3 steps of our stairs from a landing and a right angle turn with 2 more steps to 3 steps directly straight up. This put the top 3 steps in line with the rest of the steps. We changed the stairs layout because we wanted to install a stair lift and the price would have been more than double if the stair lift had a turn in it. They did an excellent job. Everything was sound, they were polite, and cleaned up when the work was done. Also, Ron includes his sales slips for the purchase of supplies with the final bill. I much prefer that over someone that just throws a price at you and doesn't show a breakdown of the costs.

Ron and son exceeded our expectations. We would recommend them for any handyman projects. They are fast, efficient, and do quality work.
