Your Fireplace & Stove Professionals

I am generally happy with the work they have done, but the communication with this company could not be worse. I now have two incomplete jobs (one of which I have paid about 90% of) and I can not reach them for 2 weeks. The main number with voicemails, texting directly and calls to the cell phone. Now I am left with an incomplete project and need to find another provider. I am posting this as a last resort to hopefully get them to start responding.

He was very friendly and professional.He took measures to make sure nothing got into the house as he cleaned my chimney and gave me tips for using and maintaining my fireplace. Thank you for recommending him!

Very professional - taught us alot we didn't know about maintaining our pellot stove. Even showed us how to get a users manual on line.

Great experience

I was super happy with my service from this company. The tech was professional and polite. The work took about an hour and was very satisfactory! Plus, he allowed my cat to supurrvise him, and would talk back to him when meows happened.

The technician showed up on time. Went right to work. He was great. He installed a fan so we can finally get use of our gas fireplace. We are having them come back in a year for a maintenance check The fan works great and is very quiet. We love this company, highly recommend them.

Used his service for repairs and cleaning 2 years ago approximately. Had a leak develop last night around pipe, he was out today recaulked and was on his way! Took pictures before he did anything, and then after. Will use again definitely. Nice guy Too!

Brightside Pressure Washing did an excellent job of cleaning my chimney although this project was fairly new to them. I would have them clean my chimney any time.
