Hired them to run wires for some networking. They tired for 2 hours, couldn't get the job done. I paid for the two hours and then they charged my card for additional two hours. Avoid these people!

Buyer beware! Stay away! They get 1/2 star because -19 is not an option. This scumbag charged my credit card 4 additional times, for a total of over $2000. After I disputed the original charge of $149, citing **friendly fraud** on my behalf, by disputing a legitimate charge, as per their Terms of service - which appear nowhere on the Craigslist ad I responded to. It took me two months to straighten it out with the bank, for them to finally realize this guy is a superior scam artist. Ultimately, all charges were dismissed. I have suggested to them several times, that they change their name to the **Unfriendly Neighborhood Computer Guy**. To date, they have not done that, and I do not know why. Bad seed! Demonic!

They charged $253 for nothing. The guy was here for just 5 mins and did nothing. But the invoice says they were here for 1.5 hours and charged $253, which is ridiculous.

They charged $169/hr for 2 service techs. Only 1 showed up and I had to help lift the TV and level, etc. The service tech himself was fine but do not charge me for 2 people when you only send one. Then they came unprepared and had to go to Home Depot for a part. The whole time I am being charged the hourly rate. I called customer service to dispute the charge and they said they would *investigate* and get back to me. It is been 5 days and no one has reached back out to me. Just not a good overall experience.

Was quoted for 4-6 hours at 189 per hr. received no invoice and charged 4000$ unauthorized on my credit card. Beware of vendor.

This company is dishonest about pricing and overcharged my credit card in the amount of 500.00$ . The tech they sent did not have supplies for basic computer set up of dual monitors and had to come back three times . . I would never refer this company and am now disputing the charges .

Never trust those liars. In my case they refuse to send technicians and said cannot handle any problems on the motherboard or other complex issues. They will charge you in the name of phone consulting with $37.5 per 15min. Even I talked with technicians, these guys somehow refuse to send technicians to my area because They can do nothing with my case However, they still charge my consulting fee at a high price(They also waste a lots of time during their phone consulting ), even though they cannot help my problem at all. Never use these quacks and keep your dollars safe.

although he fixed the problem to our satisfaction, the charge was excessive. The technician spent a great deal of time talking about other issues and we got charged for the time.

Tech guy called before arriving. I missed the call and did not see the voicemail. When he arrived the gate to the apt complex was closed and the voice box was not working. Tech guy made no further attempt to communicate and left. I was charged for his time. Management said he did everything right and offered 25% off to reschedule and repay another tech to go do the work that was never done. I Lost a significant amount of money. Will not consider them for anything.
