I recently had a house wash, driveway and patio cleaning and a dryer vent cleaning by First State Roof and Exterior Cleaning and would highly recommend each of these services! They did a terrific job and I was very well pleased. The team arrived on time, went right to work, were done within two hours and were able to add the driveway cleaning, which had not been in the original order. After they cleaned our sidewalk, I decided that the driveway needed cleaning also. Great folks to work with and very much appreciated.

They showed up right on time. They did an excellent job on the whole house, including the siding, soffits, screen porch, deck and all the windows. I will use them again when its time. They were very personable when talking to them.

Gutter Covers and Accessories Installation and Replacement
Super helpful and nice owners; went above and beyond. Responded to calls quickly, spent time answering questions, and even cleaned my sidewalk and garage door when I only hired them to do my roof. I think the price of the job was very reasonable. I would hire First State R&E cleaning again without hesitation.

Had my gutters cleaned and the whole house exterior washed. I had a lot of grey discoloration on the eves and trim which I honestly did not expect to come off. They did it! Looks great now. They use a chemical formula and then washing. Safer on the house than typical power washing, and I think much more effective.

Had an estimate within two hours after calling Home Advisor,Scheduled for 3 days later. Did entire house, roof, patio, enclosed patio, front porch and all concrete, outside shower. They were a pleasure to work with. House looks great and the were 1/2 the cost of what others wanted. I am a happy fussy guy. They called back the following day to insure I was satisfied. He did a great job especially with the high roof lines and all the debris that was in the gutters. He was prompt, worked well and cleaned up all the debris and hauled it away. I asked him about gutter guards and he did a quick and efficient presentation about the guards he uses. We are considering getting them and having him install the guards.

Dan did a great job for us. He 'soft' power washed our roof and two sheds, and also power washed the siding, sidewalk and porches. Everything looks like new. He spent 6 hours working nonstop on our home. We told Dan that we would be happy for him to use us as references. In fact two of our neighbors have requested his number after observing his work last week. Will definitely call Dan again!

The house looks great. All the black mold is gone, even in the very high areas. I really didn't think that could happen without a very high pressure wash. Dan's method took away all the grime and was gentle on the siding.
